| In which systems is MAPLE available ? | ||
| MAPLE ( Version V.3 ) is currently available in all the IBM 590 and 591 Servers, and the IBM 43P and 340 Workstations in SERC | ||
| How to invoke MAPLE ? | ||
| Type maple from the command prompt to invoke MAPLE. You can also use xmaple for an X-window version of the software. These files are located in the directory /usr/bin which will normally be included in your default search path. | ||
| What are the things possible with MAPLE ? | ||
| In
simplest terms, MAPLE is an enviorment for doing mathematics
-- symbolic, numerical and graphical. The functionality
of MAPLE covers the following areas: |
